• The decisions of official sports authorities are final in determining match outcomes.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.
• AQ9 Plane does not charge any transaction fees; however, fees from the payment provider may apply.

AQ9 Plane is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.

AQ9 Plane reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Account closure at the member's own request.
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance prior to closure can be withdrawn, subject to rollover requirements being met.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member failed to keep their password secure.

AQ9 Plane is committed to maintaining the highest quality of service; however, no financial compensation will be provided for temporary service interruptions.

AQ9 Plane reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notice for any significant changes.
• The updated terms will take effect from the date of the change.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
